At an all inclusive resort in Jamaica, what are the restrictions of use of sail boats and kayaks?

I am an experienced at kayaking and sailing, and do not want to be restricted to the waters adjacent to the resort. I want to sail over to margarita ville which will be about a mile away from the resort.|||Obviously the lifeguards on the resort beach cannot be responsible for you or their equipment if you go out of their resort boundries, so you will have to find a place that rents watercrafts by the hour/day. You will have to sign a waver and often the boats are not in the best of conditions as it's difficult to get some repair items on the island, so get travelers insurance if you plan on doing something like this.|||Don't think you'll have much luck. Most of the resorts restrict where you can go and for how long.|||The resort are responsible for your safety and their equipment and do restrict your distance you can travel. You may be able to rent the equipment off site.

Good luck
