Not kayak tours - $35 per adult is way too expensive..Is there anywhere you can rent canoes/kayaks near Deception Pass?
You can rent kayaks from the Sea Kayak Shop in Anacortes. However, you must show proof of qualified instruction before you can rent their equipment.
